Tournament Policy

In order to waive room rental fees, food and beverage sales must exceed $5,000.00++ for the day. If the guarantee is less than $5,000.00 a room rental charge will be applied.

Standard room charges apply for one meal period booking.

The catered Contract will be between the client and the Catering Department of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association.

Attendance must be specified when the event is booked.  A final count is due to Catering five (5) days before the event.  Food charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests given by the client.  The attendance listed on the contract will automatically become the guaranteed number if Catering is not advised of a change ten (10) days prior to your event.

Full payment is due the day of the event.

The menu selection is due to the Catering office four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled event.  No food or beverage is to be removed from the facility due to health, safety and insurance requirement

The customer shall be solely responsible for and shall immediately reimburse Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association for any damage to the premises caused by the Customer, Customer’s guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors or other agents of Customers.

The customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association against any and all losses, damages or liability arising out of or related to Customer’s functions irrespective of whether such claim, loss, damage or liabilities arise from active or passive activity.
